Established in 1971, Hull Truck is one of only six producing theatres in the Yorkshire region. In April 2009 the company moved from their home of 25 years, the much loved Spring Street venue (a converted Methodist church hall) to a state of the art purpose built theatre at the heart of Hull’s city centre. Originally founded as a touring company Hull Truck remains true to its roots and continues to tour nationally and internationally. Throughout its history, Hull Truck has continued to push artistic boundaries as a pioneering force of contemporary British theatre.

Families for Children are proud to support Voice in a Million and delighted our fundraising team are involved with the launch event. We are a voluntary adoption agency covering the South-West. Stephen, aged ten, says The best thing my mum has done was to adopt me. It makes me feel proud. Mummy loves daddy lots because she grins at him and gives him a big cuddle. I know she loves me because she does exactly the same to me.
